Visit the Chapter offices at 33 Everett Road in Albany Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Services include:
Temporary shelter
Basic hygiene items
Financial aid for food, clothing, replacement medications and medical supplies, infant supplies, and other necessary items
Financial aid for heating assistance
Crisis counseling
Assistance with funeral costs
Referrals to community agencies for long-term aid

National Fire Protection Association
The NFPA website is an educational website that provides detailed “Tip Sheets” for 25 different areas of fire safety. It also includes an interactive fire safety website for kids called “Sparky the Fire Dog.”
National Safety Council
The National Safety Council website provides safety tips for families and offers assistance of where to turn after a fire.
