Tyler Pascuzzi Found Guilty of Aggravated

 

Vehicular Homicide and Manslaughter 

 

 

 

 

ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that TYLER PASCUZZI, 26, of Coxsackie, was found guilty after a jury trial of (2) Counts of Manslaughter in the Second Degree, both Class C Felonies, and (1) Count of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, a Class B Felony, before the Honorable Thomas A. Breslin in Albany County Supreme Court this afternoon.

A jury returned a verdict today finding that on July 4, 2014, at approximately 11:40 p.m., PASCUZZI did cause the death of Alicia Tamboia and Cody Veverka while recklessly driving in an intoxicated state while operating a 2004 Volkswagen R32 at speed in excess of 150 miles per hour on I-90 in the Town of Guilderland.  

PASCUZZI faces up to 25 years in State Prison when sentenced on April 5, 2017.
