 Sousie Pleads Guilty for Role in 

Cohoes Burglary




ALBANY, NY- District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that ANDY SOUSIE, 31, of Troy, pleaded guilty to (1) Count of Attempted Burglary in the Second Degree, a Class D Violent Felony, before the Honorable William A. Carter in Albany County Court this afternoon. 

On August 5, 2018, SOUSIE, personally or in concert with another person or persons, unlawfully entered a residence on Remsen Street in the City of Cohoes in an attempt to commit the crime of Burglary in the Second Degree.

SOUSIE faces up to 5 years in State Prison, to be followed by 5 years of Post- Release Supervision when sentenced on January 10, 2019.

Assistant District Attorney David Szalda is handling the prosecution of this case.
