About the Outreach Center Bureau Chief

David Graham began as the Community Justice and Outreach Manager for the Albany County District Attorney's Office in October 2016.

Prior to his work at the DA's Office, David recently lead community engagement for the Governor’s anti-poverty initiative, Community Opportunity for Reinvestment (CORe), here in Albany.  In that role he worked to better align agencies, residents and resources in an effort to improve neighborhood conditions and outcomes.  David has also spent over a decade overseeing, strengthening and even creating various youth programs and has informally mentored countless young people.

David’s work experience spans across nonprofit and public sectors.  He is a graduate of the State University of New York Polytechnic at Utica-Rome and Hudson Valley Community College.  David has received various community leadership awards and attributes them to Martin Luther King’s quote and philosophy that, “…everybody can be great, because anybody can serve.”
