  Guilty Verdict After Cocaine Sale Trial


ALBANY, NY - District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that RONALD MOORE, 57, of Albany, was found guilty after a jury trial of (1) Count of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, before Honorable Judge Peter A. Lynch in Albany County Court this afternoon.

An investigation by the Albany Police Department uncovered that on July 3, 2018, while in the area of 35 Liebel Street in the City of Albany, MOORE sold a quantity of cocaine in exchange for a sum of US Currency.

MOORE faces up to 9 years in State Prison when sentenced on May 21, 2019.

Assistant District Attorney Stephen Lydon handled the prosecution of this case.
