Jurors Return Guilty Verdict after

 

Attempted Murder Trial


 

 

                                                                       

ALBANY, NY – District Attorney P. David Soares announced today that JORDAN PRUSINSKI, 26, of Colonie, was found guilty after a jury trial of (1) Count of Attempted Murder in the First Degree, a Class A Felony, and (1) Count of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, a Class B Felony, before the Honorable Roger D. McDonough in Albany County Court this afternoon.


After hearing testimony and reviewing evidence in a jury trial this week, jurors found that on July 2, 2017, while near the corner of Lark and Hamilton Streets in the City of Albany, PRUSINSKI did fire 11 shots from a loaded weapon at four people who were unknown to him. Two victims were shot during the incident and survived after medical treatment.

PRUSINSKI faces up to 25 years to Life in State Prison when sentenced on June 22, 2018.
