Arraignment for Personal Injury Dirt Bike Crash

Breyette was remanded with bail remaining at the previous amount of $100,000 cash, $100,000 bond, or $200,000 partially secured bond. He will return to court on July 1, 2024.
ALBANY, NY – 25-year-old Austin Breyette of Watervliet pleaded Not Guilty to One Count of Assault in the Second Degree, One Count of Leaving the Scene of an Incident without Reporting, and Two Counts of Tampering with Physical Evidence, before the Hon. William Little in Albany County Court this morning.
The indictment alleges that on or about April 26, 2024, while travelling on Hudson Avenue in the City of Albany, Breyette recklessly caused serious physical injury to another person with the use of a motor vehicle, and left the scene of the incident without reporting it. The defendant is also accused of suppressing evidence related to the aforementioned incident.

Assistant District Attorney Collin D’Arcy is handling the prosecution of this case.
